You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent course access, reverse engineer protected materials, scrape content at scale, or interfere with platform security.
You also agree not to post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
3. Payments
Prices are listed per course or subscription (if applicable). Taxes or payment processing fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. Access may be revoked if a payment is reversed or flagged as fraudulent.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, templates, and downloads, is owned by ClayCraft Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimers
We provide content “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Ceramics and studio work involve risks (heat, dust, tools, and chemicals). Practice safely, follow studio guidelines, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
